Book Club Launch Party @ Maria Maria
Mar 16 @ 12:45 PM – 2:00 PM

We’re excited to announce Inkling, Contra Costa NOW’s feminist book club. Join us for our official launch party on March 16th!

To kick things off, we will be reading “Visionary Women” by Andrea Barnet. This book explores the lives of four incredible women who dedicated themselves to important progressive causes: Rachel Carson, Jane Jacobs, Jane Goodall, and Alice Waters. While none of them was devoted primarily to feminism, each of these women substantively expanded the idea of what a woman’s role can be.

Before the party, check-in with us on Facebook for thought-provoking discussions led by our Chapter Secretary, Tika.

So we can ensure we have enough space for everyone, please Register.

The tour is free to attend. Please arrive at least 20 minutes early to ensure time for parking and check-in.
