We are honored to have as guest speaker, Carlyn Obringer. Ms. Obringer currently serves on the Concord City Council, District 2. She has announced that she has decided to run for the open District 4 seat on the Contra Costa Board of Supervisors. In addition to serving on the Concord City Council, Ms. Obringer served as Vice Mayor of Concord in 2018 and as Mayor in 2019. She previously served on the City’s Design Review Board and the Planning Commission, which she chaired.
